Domestic within Australia
Standard Delivery
A standard delivery and handling fee of $15.00 will be applied to all purchases within Australia. All deliveries will be despatched between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
We expect that you will receive your goods within 3 working days of fulfilment. An automated email will be sent to inform you that your order has been shipped along with a parcel identification number that allows you to track your order.
Due to ongoing resourcing issues, our shipping provider may experience delays and your order may take longer to reach you. All orders are sent with Australia Post and able to be tracked using the parcel number provided to you at time of fulfilment. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Express Domestic Delivery
If you wish to receive your purchase faster, we offer Express Delivery. This is expected to arrive within 1-2 days of fulfilment. An express shipping and handling fee of $20.00 can be selected upon checkout.
International Delivery outside of Australia
A standard delivery and handling fee of $40.00 AUD will be applied to international orders. This fee does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied at the shipping destination.
Customs for international deliveries and countries outside Australia may charge import taxes and duty. chaarg does not provide Delivery Duty Paid and all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the product price. These duties and taxes are payable by the customer and will not be reimbursed or refunded by chaarg including upon any return.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of customs delays for our international customers. All deliveries will be despatched between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. An automated email will be sent to inform you that your order has been processed and shipped along with a parcel tracking identification number that allows you to track your order.
